When a CNC machine stops, the person standing in front of it usually knows the symptom but not the cause — and the answer is buried somewhere in a thousand-page manual, in a language they may not read comfortably.
Kifo is a mobile assistant for that moment. An operator picks their machine, describes the problem in their own words, and gets a short, concrete answer drawn from that machine's own documentation.
How it works
Grounded in the real manuals
Answers come from the manuals for that exact machine and its controller — not from general knowledge.
Alarm codes, resolved
Type an alarm code and get the specific input or output to go and check, rather than a paragraph of theory.
Speaks like the floor
Replies mirror how the worker writes, including Hinglish, while searching the English documentation underneath.
Escalates honestly
When it doesn't know, it says so and hands maintenance a structured summary instead of guessing.
Who it's for
Kifo is supplied to manufacturers as part of a TwinUp deployment. Accounts are created by the customer for their own operators — there is no public sign-up, and the app is not useful without an account.
Privacy
Kifo contains no analytics or tracking software, and requests no access to your location, camera, microphone, photos or contacts. See the privacy policy for exactly what it stores and who processes it.
